Scenic scatter are mainly fine wood or cork like particles coloured in different shades. Suitable for ground cover and excellent for model leaves on trees. 
 
Tip: Apply generous layer of PVA glue to area requiring grass, sprinkle scatter liberally over the glued area. Press down gently and allow to dry overnight. When dry, gently tip off the excess.
